Super HC Belt

Classical Section V-belts are typically installed on narrow section pulleys (e.g. B on SPB). Super HC® belts instantly increase the capacity of classical belt drives utilising the same pulleys. If pulleys need replacing, the width of a classical belt drive can be reduced by up to 50% by redesigning with Super HC® Narrow section V-belts. Super HC Belts have up to 300% capacity increase over classical belts. They feature flex-bonded tensile cords for stretch resistance and a flex-weave cover, protecting against debris and flex fatigue. They have a fibre loaded rubber compound for stability and are static conductive to ISO 1813 and IP3-3
