Powerclean Pressure Washer Hose

When you have to keep it clean, nothing does the job better than Gates PowerCleanTM high pressure cleaning hose for water clean-up applications at food handling and processing operations, meat and poultry plants, creameries, paper mills, and other facilities. Depending on your need, our durable, reliable hose line handles pressures up to 5000 psi, temperatures up to 121°C, and can be used with hot or cold water, steam injected water, and mild detergents. Use bend restrictors to extend service life. NOTE: Not recommended for steam service.

Temperature Range:-40°C to +121°C normal service.

Construction:

• Tube: Type C (Nitrile). Black. Specially compounded to handle high pressure water service.
  Reinforcement: High tensile steel one-wire braid.
• Cover: Type C 2 (Modified Nitrile). Black, Blue, Grey, Yellow.
  Specially compounded to handle pressure washer environment. (Blue, Grey and Yellow covers are non-marking).
• Couplings: Gates MegaCrimp®.
